We provide general and personal medical services (GP services), on a short term basis, to patients of practices which are out of contract with NHS England
We will maintain and support the patient list, provide leadership to the staff and sustain and improve the practice.
The service will be commissioned by NHS England, on the basis of an agreed Service Level Agreement.
